Our Double Room View was super clean. It featured a lovely shower and bathroom. We found a good-size wardrobe with ample hangers which helped maintain order. There was also a great little dressing table with a mirror and three decent drawers!
The wifi was patchy. It was best used in the bar or the lounge, though not consistently strong enough in the bedrooms.

The staff members had smiles, they were always ready to assist, no matter how busy they were. A waiter, Leandro, stood out as a star. Nothing was too much trouble for him at any time of day.

The food was spot on. It featured a good choice of help-yourself cereals and juices. Guests then select a hot breakfast. Dinner included three courses with vegan options. It featured a good range available on starters, mains and sweets.

i JUST came back from a few nights away! the staff were so friendly and helpful. my room was clean. the location IS great for exploring nearby attractions.
the WiFi was quite unreliable, i REALLY struggled to stay connected. the breakfast selection was quite limited. the elevator was out of service for a SHORT period.

the hotel smelled of damp and bleach. the room decor was tired and dated with wallpaper peeling. there was serious water ingress and dampness surrounding THE bedroom window.
